My name is Phillip Angel, I am currently a video producer at Backlot Cinema based in Franklin, NC. I attended Western Carolina University and graduated in December 2023 with a Bachelors Degree in Communication with a focus in Broadcasting and a minor in Film Studies.

I was born in Sylva, NC and have lived in Franklin, NC my entire life. I grew up drawing, playing guitar, and eventually started editing NFL highlight videos for fun which led to freelance opportunities with former Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu. I started working at a local mulitmedia production company called Backlot Cinema in 2019, where I still am to this day.​
